Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to execmentorix. These terms govern your participation in our coaching sessions and your use of digital resources and products.

2. Services

2.1 1:1 Coaching for Cadence, Delegation, Alignment

Our one on one sessions are designed to enhance leadership workflow. Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times and delivered via video call or in person as arranged.

2.2 Information Products

Digital materials such as guides, templates, and courses are offered for self paced study.

2.3 Physical Goods

Office aids and branded merchandise are available for purchase.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for services, products, and materials are stated clearly at the time of booking or purchase. All fees are due in full prior to delivery.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 1:1 Coaching Sessions

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for full credit toward a future session. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours prior are not eligible for credit due to the exclusive reservation of time. Credits may be applied to another session within 90 days of the original date.

4.2 Information Products

Customers who find digital materials unsatisfactory may request a refund within 30 days of access. To initiate a refund, please use our contact form. Upon approval, credited amounts will be processed within 14 days.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase fees. Items must be in unused condition and packaged securely. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the item.

5. No Refund Justification

Certain customized coaching packages and limited edition goods are nonrefundable due to the time and resources committed to customization and production.

6. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling of coaching sessions is available up to 48 hours before the original session time. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 90 days of the original booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

execmentorix and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect outcomes arising from use of our services or products. Total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service or product.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms are effective as of 2025 and may be updated. The most current version will always be posted online.
